Can I choose which tasks my assistant will help with?

Yes! We create a tailored plan based on your priorities, which can shift week-to-week or month-to-month based on your needs. Email management, content creation, blogging, marketing, administrative tasks—as full-service virtual assistants, we truly can do it all.

Does the rate change if I choose a package with more monthly hours?

No. We have a flat hourly rate of $55/hour, regardless of which retainer package is a best fit for your business. Your flexible, retainer-based package guarantees a set number of hours of dedicated virtual assistance each month, but allows you to add on additional hours if needed. This ensures consistent, high-quality support, no matter which package you select.












































































































































Can I go over my monthly retainer of hours?

Yes! Your assistant can complete additional hours of work, up to 30% over your monthly retainer hours, if you need extra support. If you think you might go beyond that, we’ll check in first to make sure your assistant has the capacity. If not, we can either schedule the work for the following month or talk through another plan to keep everything running smoothly.











































































































































 How will I communicate with my assistant?

We try to keep communication simple, clear, and open. Most clients utilize a combination of email with Google Chat or text, but we typically adapt to whatever communication methods work best for you, including utilizing project management platforms our clients already have if you prefer. You’ll get weekly check-ins as well as frequent task and project updates from us. We will also ask for feedback regularly to ensure things are going exactly as you envisioned. 












































































































































What if I only need help for a short time period?

We do not offer temporary or seasonal virtual assistance at this time. We focus exclusively on long-term partnerships. So, if you’re looking for seasonal help, our services probably are not the best fit.









































































































































How do you track your hours and tasks?

We use a live Google spreadsheet, which you’ll have access to from day one. You can see what’s done, how long tasks take, and where your hours are best spent.










































































































































What if I don’t know how many hours of support I need?

No problem! During a discovery call, we’ll estimate the hours that might best fit your needs. The first month serves as a trial period so you can adjust if needed.

 Are there any virtual assistant services you don’t offer?

Yes. There are only a few things we don’t do. We don’t provide personal assistance (like scheduling hair appointments). Just business. We don’t offer bookkeeping, as we feel CPAs are best for that. We also don’t provide live phone answering services (eg. Google Voice), and we don’t take on real-time, last-minute client meetings or collaboration. Any live support or meetings needs to be scheduled ahead of time so we can plan properly and ensure we’re able to show up well for you.







































































































































 Do my retainer hours roll over if I don’t use them?

No. Retainer hours don’t roll over. A retainer reserves a set amount of your assistant’s dedicated time and support each month, ensuring you always have someone available to assist you and prioritize your business. Because we work closely with you and plan proactively, it’s very uncommon for hours to go unused. On the rare occasion that you don’t have tasks ready or aren’t able to communicate with us for a week or more at a time, your retainer still protects that dedicated time, so when you do need support, your assistant is ready to step in.

I'm a big-picture thinker with a detail-loving heart and a soft spot for systems that actually support creative business owners. My goal? To help things feel lighter, smoother, and way more doable.
